ecoSIM

In collaboration with introspectives, Pangaeon has developed a unique real estate development software tool. This tool, ecoSIM, evaluates a project site based on its ‘carrying capacity’. In other words, what resources are available on site to sustain a development. Based on this information, ecoSIM then seeks to build a community ecosystem. The main objective of a community ecosystem is to identify interdependent parts beginning with the infrastructure and ending with the buildings.
